Entering into Macendonia isn’t always an easy path to take. You not only turn your back on the comforts of city life, but you also miss family and friends. This has been the case for Lawrence and Sarah. It may not seem easy, but when furthering kingdom interest is your priority, you always get Jehovah’s blessings and support. When Lawrence was assigned to an isolated territory in the Visayas, that blessing and support came in the person of Sarah, his then future wife. Indeed, two is better than one, and they have a good reward for their hard work. (Ecc 4:9) Inspiringly, they started serving happily together at an isolated territory in Eastern Samar right after their wedding. I hope this little background story gives more depth as you look on their wedding photos, and may it encourage you the same way their story encouraged us.
